How to Order:
It’s easy to place your order online. Once you've added items to your Shopping Bag, you'll follow these few simple steps to complete your order:
- Review the items in your Shopping Bag
- Fill out your shipping and billing information
- Confirm and place your order using your payment method of choice
- Print out your order confirmation number
Redeeming a Promo Code:
Scents & Such periodically runs promotions and special offers. These offers enable you to purchase exceptional Scents & Such products at a great value. Occasionally a "Promo Code" may be needed to take advantage of the offer. The "Promo Code" is entered in the Shopping Bag, and if all requirements of the offer are met, you'll receive the discount associated with the promotion.
Placing an Order:
You will have a chance to review and verify the information you have entered during checkout and, if no changes are necessary, you can proceed to "Place Your Order." Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged and we will notify you by email with your tracking information.
Placing an Order with Different Addresses
Shipping to multiple addresses is not available at this time. If you’d like to send an order or a gift to a different address, we recommend placing a separate order.
Adding a Gift Message:
You can add a gift message to the item(s) during checkout. While you're in checkout, look for the "Include packing slip gift message" checkbox under Shipping Method. Once you check "Include packing slip gift message", a text box appears that enables you to enter a gift message up to 100 characters in length. This gift message will be added to the packing slip.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is estimated at the time the product is purchased. We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we have a company-owned retail store. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.
Damaged Items
If you receive an order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact [email protected] for instructions on returning the product.
International Shipping
We accept orders from international guests who are shipping to addresses in the U.S, APO, and FPO, unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing Time for Economy and Standard Shipping
Please note that it may take longer to ship Economy and Standard delivery orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion.
About COVID-19: During this unusual time, order processing and shipping may be delayed due to the extra measures we and our carriers are taking to keep everybody safe. If you have any concerns about delivery timing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
